All,
After I type a fully qualified procedure name (schema.package.procedure) and the opening parenthesis, I was expecting Toad to copy the template parameeter list into the editor window.
This did not happen. Toad (Beta 50) does change the cursor to indicate it is busy, but nothing happens. Neither the parameter list, nor an error is beign shown.
I very much appreciated Toad supplying a template parmlist, where I can fill in the blanks (so to speak).
But it’s been defunct for so long now, I’m beginning to wonder if we’ll ever have it back.
So, please, can we have this functionality repaired?

I cannot reproduce. I have a package owned by my schema. Connected as my schema and as SYS it works as expected when fully qualified. Connected as SCOTT it does not, but SCOTT is lacking privs. Can you F4 the fully qualified name and get a describe window or
do you get a message that the object couldn't be found?

Brad requested me to refresh the user files, trying to circumvent the access violations I’m encountering.
As a side-effect, Toad has resumed inserting parmlist templates in the editor.
Which is nice, but leaves me to wonder what settings may have caused suppression of the pop-ups…
Would you like me to send you a new copy of my current user-files or would it not be worth pursuing?

Fixed for next beta.
As a workaround keep the Folding option enabled until then.
J Completely unrelated, I know, but there was a setting that was disabled by accident when folding
was disabled.
