Problem with 12.7.0.12 when compiling

When I am compiling plsql, and there is an error, the cursor is not moving to the location of the error. The screen is moving to the line. I need to grab the mouse then click on the line in order to fix the offending code.

In prior versions, the cursor will move to the exact error line/column.

This is fixed for our next 12.8 beta.
