Problems with a dark background

I’m mostly new to Toad and I’ve just installed Toad for Oracle 11.0, and am setting up my preferred syntax highlighting. I’ve got my general Editor looking pretty much the way I want with a very dark background. But I’ve run into a couple of problems with it.

  1. The cursor is still black and almost impossible to see, is there any way to change the color of the mouse cursor?

  2. When opening other windows, such as the DBMS Output window or the Grid Popup Editor, it has the dark background I specified, but the text is black, and hence not feasible to read. So far, I have not found anywhere I can change the foreground text in these instances.

Any guidance on making those easier to see is much appreciated…
