I have long said that Quest support is the best in the world, and they have proved it again.
I had a very esoteric issue in which Toad was crashing often and could easily be made to crash by several different UI pathways.
I reported the problem in this forum, and John and his team worked on it diligently. They first came up with a Toad settings fix for the next release before they knew what was really causing the problem. Then, they discovered the “deep magic” about Windows Accessibility features that uncovered the actual cause. Once they passed that information on, I was able to make the Windows settings change and Toad stopped crashing. Before, I could make it crash in several different ways, and then after the settings change, I no longer could crash it.
