Whatever tab is active on the RHS will get automatically populated as you click around on the left.

The script tab is one of the slower ones to load, so try changing to another tab on the right.

If you don’t want to see the RHS at all (and skip all that processing), hit F12. (You can always F12 again to bring it back). Even with the RHS missing, you
can still do a lot of things with the objects on the left by right-clicking on them. Or if you want to see detail on just one of those objects you can click F4 on it.

Hi John,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

In my schema I need to see all the objects and their fields that open up on the RHS when clicking on the object. However I do not need to see their modification dates...

In my previous version, 11.6, I could disable some option in the toad options but in version 12 I can't find this option. I need this feature because due the size of the schema it doesn't finish processing.

I thought you might be able to tell where it can be found in version 12

Thanks,

Yael

If you are talking about tables….

Click the ‘Filter tables’ button (looks like a funnel). Uncheck “Load Date Created and Altered”.

In Toad 12.1, this code has been optimized and it runs much faster.
