Since there was some disagreement on this, I decided it would be best to leave
the script tabs alone, but make it easier jump between indexes & related
constraints so you can easily get to the ‘other’ object to grab the
script there.
BTW, you can already get the script for constraints and indexes together by
going to the script tab on the table.
