I uninstalled and reinstalled 6.6. The problem is fixed now.

Sorry I cannot reproduce this issue. Toad doesn’t have options for this and will remember the window size. Would you please provide more related details? Do you using
6.6 version? Which operation system do you using?
Maybe you can try this.
1.Open Toad->Help->About->Application Data Directory.
2.Rename Setting File.
3.Close Toad.
4.Open Toad again. Setting your window size.
5.Test.
