Hank if you're not getting the dialog try shift+right click. As for domains I
think it only lists available domains which is often 1 only.

If you right click on the icon, click “Run as Administrator” as shown below,
you will get the option to put in new credentials.

At this point you can type DOMAIN\USERNAME format and it will switch you to
whatever you enter for the domain domain.
