Perfect example of people not understanding Oracle priv’s. You need explicit grant on EXPORT_XXXX roles. Neither DBA nor system nor as SSYDBA means that. So
this is an Oracle security issue – not a toad problem.

I have setup TOAD export to use the Oracle Datapump.
When I try to run teh wizard I get insufficient privileges.
I connect to my database via sys as sysdba.
