readable content in column from database table

I am using Toad 11 and am a light user. For my work as an application consultant I am looking into tables to find data that I need for a project or support issue.

I just installed this new version (update laptop to 64 bit) and now I have a table where in a column the content is in (I think) encode text., see below. I know that in the previous version an option was available to put this in a readable format. I checked the Toad options twice but can not find it. Hope you can help me.

See below an example of the table. Look at the first column. I have it in several tables.

Try unchecking… View > Toad Options > Data Grids > Data > Display large numbers in Scientific Notation
