I have German Windows 7 Pro. Toad engl. version installed, but from recent versions (do not from which exactly!) i noticed that I have release notes in Chineese language.
This is also in last 12.9.0.63 version as well.
What to do to return engl. release notes?

There was a problem in our build process with the recently translated docs. It will be fixed for the next build.
