Schema Compare - Exclude Index/Key/Constraint From Report

Is there a way to exclude the Index, Key and Constraint from the Schema Compare Report? I’m doing a bare bones table / column comparison.

From your description ,I wander that do you want to just choose table/column exclude Index, Key, Constraint, Statistics and so on ?
