schema compare window not sized correctly.

The target source code window in the lower right only shows 2 lines tall by about 1/2 the size of the box it appears in. The source window is correct.

moving the horizontal divider between the source and change list fixes this problem, but the default positioning is bad.

Actually, both target and source code windows are in the same size by default.
