Thanks, I can reproduce and will have it fixed in the next beta. The issue is related to your license not including the AI Code feature. Go to Help | Licensing and confirm your license does not list AI Code as one of the Add-Ons in the Entitlement Summary shown at the top.
If you have an AI-enabled license and you do not see AI Code listed as an add-on then it may not be enabled for your seat. Your license administrator can enable the AI Code feature on the license and enable AI Code for each seat holder from the https://licensing.toadworld.com.
