Snippet Shortcut using wrong connection

Upgraded to 6.4.1 today. Long time user.

When trying to launch a snippet with both CTRL+N and CTRL+Space T.D.P. is using the snippets in my Oracle connection, yet I’m in an Editor that is an ODBC connection.

I was using the snippet same folder name in both Oracle and ODBC but changed them as a sanity check. When in the ODBC connection and i hit CTRL+SPACE the window specifically says “SQL (Oracle)” .

I’m aware of the single Favorites folder under Editor/Code Completion Settings.

How do i tell TDP to use the snippets under the correct connection type folder? I think it’s supposed to do this by rule and it’s not.

Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention.

The R&D team is aware of the issue.

Instead of using the active connection, the shortcut leads to the location based on the default SQL set in Options (Options > Editor > Default language). Meaning, that, at the moment, the workaround would be to select the desired SQL dialect in TDP Options:
