Spotlight error

Greetings,

I am getting following error when I try to connect Spotlight For oracle with my Oracle Database.

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name.

I am able to connect to database through Toad For from same machine it is connecting fine. I am getting tnsping reply also it is OK. Issue is specific with Spotlight application. When I connect from spotlight I am getting ORA-12154 error. How can I identify and resolve the issue?

Are Spotlight and Toad both using the same Oracle client? If that is not possible, are they using they same tnsnames.ora?

It is working fine now. I think some firewall or something blocked temporarily this application.
