Hi,

Can anyone share the history of SQL Navigator? I mean, when was the product launched, all the editions launched and stuff like that?

Hello,

I’ve been working at SQL Navigator since it was acquired by Quest Software in 1997. It was version 2.1 of a product developed by TechnoSolutions, USA. Version 3 was released next year. Version 4 (1999) was a complete rewrite, version 5 - only cosmetic changes (like dockable windows). Version 6 (2007) introduced multi-tabbed editor and other major changes. Currently we are working on Version 7, to be released soon.
