Is it possible to remove the cross-reference of the index for each attribute line in the entity?

Hi,
no, this is not possible. You can hide the indexes at bottom of the table, but the marks on each attribute lines cannot be hidden (with the exception of making the entity box width smaller). Change request already exists and similar features and management of items displayed in diagram are on our ToDo list.
