TDM 4.3.3.6: how to change model's database type?

Hi all,

I have created a TOAD model using database reengineering for SQL Server 2008. Now the database server has been upgraded to SQL Server 2012 and I’d like to change the model’s DB property, too.

How can I change this?

Hi,

use Sync & Convert wizard to convert SQL Server 2008 model to SQL Server 2012 model. In TDM it is necessary to specify target database. The version is not just a property of a model, because each database platform/version supports or may support different types of database objects, different data types etc.
