and is a part of installation package, of course.

Hello Vaclav,

thanks for your answer. But what does it exactly mean “internal business purposes”.

If i use the TDM Freeware to create a small databasemodel and as a result a small database. And if i use this database in a commercial software project. Is this still a “internal business purposes”?

Hi,

I had to check it with our legal dept. and got the following clarification for you:

TDM cannot be part of the resulting shipping commercial product, based on the ‘internal business purposes’ limitation. If no part of TDM is in the resulting small database, then including the small database in a commercial software project is okay.
