I can see in the Toad release notes that "Toad Data Modeler (free use)" is licensed with the base edition of TOAD.
What means "free use"? Does it mean that my base edition license key will also allow me a full and unlimited use of the Data Modeler?
Quick answer in two parts:
- If you have either the Developer or DBA edition (package of products, really) then you have full use of Toad Data Modeler.
- If free use of TDM is offered still, then usage us free, although I think there is a limit to the number of objects you can develop in a data model (25 max, I believe.)
