What do you do when an employee leaves and has objects checked-out (via the team coding option) within Toad for Oracle 10.5.1.3?

The earliest version I have tested is 10.6 which I think behaves similarly to 10.5.
To the best of my knowledge, the easiest way to handle this is to have the Admin user delete the row for this object in the Team Coding Viewer consol. You will also need to separately undo checkout for the object in whichever third party VCS provider you are using.
The object will then be available for check out by other users.
11.5 and later versions have an “Admin Unlock” feature that does this without deleting the record.
