This hasn’t been live all that long but already it contains a wealth of great
material.
It’s sometimes hard to not be nostalgic for the old days. I still have
specifications in my desk written by Colin Wright. It’s pretty awesome when
users conceive of, write specifications for, and help test and refine new
features.
I think this system gets those old days back and in some ways is better. It’s
one of the best things to come around in quite awhile I think. Quest Support is
now directing users to this system rather than entering them into our internal
system. So there is a lot of enthusiasm for it.
