toad 10: a way to loose your work

I was wrong: Toad overwrites the readonly file, but without warning “Error

  1. Open a file and change it in toad. (do not save yet)

  2. Change read-only flag to true (I used my external source control software and
    checked the file in: I know this is silly, but it happened)

  3. Save it in Toad: Toad doesn’t care: It does not save the file but the
    Disk symbol is grayed and you think that Toad has saved your file. But it is not
    saved!

In Toad 9.7.2 you’d get

Fyi: Toad 10.1 still overwrites readonly files without warning.
