TOAD Connecting to Sharepoint

I keep getting the following error when trying to connect to a sharepoint url… ive tried adding the /_vti_bin/ListData.svc

Im using my windows login ID and password.

Invalid data source definition: SharePoint: HTTP 403 Forbidden: Please check your username and/or password for this Odata service

What version of SharePoint do you have, check with your SharePoint admin to make sure the OData service is turned on.
