All,
this relates to Beta 13.0.0.26 of Toad for Oracle.
when I opened the session browser, I got a crash report.
After that, the session browser opened with a blank screen.
When trying to close either session manager or Toad I got repeated crashes.
In the end, only Windows session manager was able to kill the toad process.
One of the last crashes (not the first one, sorry) was this:
