I am trying to create netezza connection from toad data point and not able to find Netezza as an option under create new data source menu. Please advice how to get around it.
Toad allows you to connect to an IBM Netezza database using ODBC connectivity. Please install the necessary ODBC driver to use prior to creating the new connection in Toad. You need to add the data source in ODBC datasource administrator and configure it.
Hi… I am adding ODBC driver and selecting it. but it wont change the driver to Netezza. .There is a random default driver selected. And it remains as the default. Its not changing to the new Netezza driver I selected. I have to mention that Netezza driver is 32 bit, whereas Toad is 64 bit. Please help!!
