Toad data point PRO - Open .TSM and interfaces freezes

I open a certain heterogeneous build via a TSM and have issues where the whole interfaces freezes. What can I do? How can I toubleshoot.

Did you open file directly? please try this: restart toad, go to Top Menu, select "Cross - Connection Query Builder" from "Build" drop-down list, after heterogeneous Query Builder get launched select "Open" to open your file again, see how it works.
