Toad Data Point - Shutting down - Crash

Hi all, Anyone have this issue? Toad just shuts down. I checked the event viewer and all the time it crashes it get this error:

Note sure, but I don't think this is a Toad issue... possibly more on the Windows side... did you recently have someone upgrade your Windows OS, or C runtime libraries?

No I havent.. its frustating, you are cosing then it shuts down.. This has being happening since other versions,
