TOAD db2 7.2.0.233 can't see IBM client 11.1.4

Hello,

I installed first IBM client 11.1.4 without problem, after that I installed Toad db2 7.2.0.233 without problem, but when I tried to use it, I have this message,

And don't see the IBM client version in tools, option,database,db2

I created the connexions but the option to import the catalog it doesn't work, could you help me please?
