Toad for Oracle 10 Desktop Display

I have been trying to get my original desktop display back and have not been able to figure out how to do so. This is what I am looking for:

We need a bit more information here. When you say get your original desktop display back, are you just talking about how the Schema Browser displays tabs? What does it currently look like?

I am able to get the Editor and the Schema Broweser, but previously my scheme browser had a different look which was the previous image.
