The red box part disappeared from my toad program. How can we restore it again?

Which version of Toad is that? And is that the schema browser or Editor? Also, you might want to remove that screen shot and post one with some less sensitive data instead.
There was a bug in the Schema Browser in version 15.1 and I think also 16.0, that when dark mode was enabled like that, the Schema Browser got an extra set of scrollbars that would hide some data the bottom of the screen. It's hard to tell if that's what's happening here. It would be more helpful if your screen shot included all of Toad.
Is this what's happening? Schema Browser scroll bars on Source tab. If so, It was fixed in version 16.1.
