Has anyone worked with getting IBM Rational ClearCase to interface with Toad for Oracle for source code version control? If so, what can be done, How?

I’m trying to configure ClearCase in Windows 7 with Toad 12.9 and am unable to select my Project/VOB. I go into Team Coding --> Select VCS Project and I get one entry for ClearCase (‘ClearCase’), but no VOBs are displayed underneath. I am able to ‘Logon to VCS’ and can bring up the Team Coding Manager. There is a ClearCase folder, but no VOBs underneath. I use the Rational ClearCase Explorer regularly from Windows. I read somewhere that you must have access to ClearTool, and I do. What do I need to do to configure this correctly?
