You need an ORACLE_HOME value in the registry under SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ORACLE. This value must point to the installation path of your client such as C:\Oracle\Oracle92. You may need to re-install this client.
No Oracle client files were found. You may need to re-install this home.
And beside using a 32 bit Oracle client be sure to take the latest 10
(10.2.0.4.0) or 11 client. Toad is installed to a directory with (x86) in the
name. If you use an older 10 client, Toad cannot connect to Oracle, because of
the Oracle client.

I have installed Oracle DB 64 bit on my Windows 7 HOme premium laptop.
I am able to connect to oracle via sql plus and sql developer
However, I am not able to connect through TOAD.
When I launch toad, its not able to find Oracle Home (Appears in RED Font)
It is not able to locate ORACLE_HOME. When I click on ADVICE it displays
