I think to connect and work with Oracle DB you must use Toad for Oracle - www.toadworld.com/…/default.aspx .

Probably someone of DELL’s developers/supports can help you to understand what’s tool is the best for you.

Dell Software has a multi-platform Data Analysis tool - Toad Data Point (quest.com/…/toad-data-point). The Professional Edition allows cross-queries between Oracle and SQL Server.
