At least sequences, functions and package-functions should be available.
Is this part of a broader context? Here's what I see. I disabled several types in Options for the screenshot so we can see objects of the type you list.

o| displays nothing, or| displays the ora_* procedures, but with ora| everything is gone again.
Can you reproduce this?
