Toad lock-up

I had been error-free for quite awhile but was looking at partition/subpartition information was going to add a filter to data grid when I got this (I can send the complete .el file if needed):

I think the “EOutOfResources” error has more to do with 2 days worth of uptime, than what you were doing at the moment in Toad. It’s hard to say more than that from this information…
