Support Bundle as a whole is a zip archive with OS info and Toad settings
including ExceptionTrace and other log files for the investigation.
Please see my question regarding .NET framework on your machine, this is
important to know.

Just sent it a few minutes ago. I had only .NET 3.5. I went to install 3.5 SP1
from MS and they indicated that 4.0 was out so I installed that.

I have never felt that submitting a support bundle was a security issue, but if
it is then send it directly to Alex who can link it up.
