Hi Folks,
If Toad crashed for some reason and you were not able to get Support Bundle
– you can just try to launch Toad again and generate support bundle from
Help->Support Bundle as usual. Then describe your steps and attach your
support bundle – all errors are stored in ExceptionTrace.log file, so we
will be able to get it. Just point us to the right timeframe J
You can pack this files to archive by yourselves, just want to make note that
ToadSupportBundleToad for SQL Server.txt (that contains OS details) is
generating only from Toad.
