Toad-ss Import - needs table declaration for successful import - Priority B

When performing an Insert from a delimited file, the Import Wizard failed
because it tried to create a table with nvarchar(50) instead of allowing the
programmer to specify field types and sizes prior to import.

functional in TDA 2.7 Beta, or wait for the TSS 5.5 beta drop.
