Please allow for the default option of either Portrait on Landscape in Toad-SS
Options/Editor/Printing
Currently there is no default option and the user should be able to select
Landscape and make it stick instead of having to go to Page Setup on the main
menu on every session.
This was already requested several years ago but was forgotten.
