Does Quest/Toad offer a service to create MST transform files based on our preferred settings? Our IT dept does not have the software needed to create this transform file, and needs to distribute Toad Workbook out to 100+ users.

As someone who works on Toad Data Point, I'm not aware of a TOAD service for creating MST files, but I could be mistaken.
However, TDP's documentation includes a step-by-step guide on creating MST files using other tools.
