Toad for DB2 version: 7.4.1.12 (64bit)

We are using direct connection or catalog connection in Toad for DB2, but we still unable to solve the following issue.
After connecting to DB2 DB, under Dashboard menu, we can to see the below information (as screen shot below). However, I found that Open Connections, Monitor Applications, Buffer Pool Hit Ratios and other widgets are always blank or shows zero. Since this is a Prod DB and it is impossible to see zero connection. Kindly advise whether you hit this issue and how to solve it.
