Hello together,
is it possible to update my current Toad Version 12.7.1.11 to the newest Version (13.xx) ?
Or will i lost the License afterwards? I have a License for 8 seats but im not sure if the License is workin after upgrading my toad Version.

You will not lose your license key. Even if something should happen during the upgrade, and Toad doesn't "see" the key (I've never seen this happen) you will get a chance to enter the license key again to activate the product, assuming either you or your admin has a record of the key.
