Does my license cover the new version 2024R2?

When I start Toad for Oracle Base Edition (64-bit) 17.1.717.3711 (without add-ons) I get a notice that a new version is available. A while back when I was using a 12.x release I made the mistake of installing a version that was offered as an upgrade only to find out that my license did not cover the new version and I had to roll back the upgrade.
To avoid that hassle I would now like to know, before installing anything, if my current license will cover the new 2024R2 release I downloaded.
The support request form for license issues has not worked for me for some reason.

Here is some of my license information:
"Key Type: Permanent License
License number: 143-738-***
Edition: Toad for Oracle Base Edition
Platform: Windows"

Can someone here give me that information?

You should contact support so that you can give them your entire license key and they can tell you. There are phone numbers at the bottom of the page if the request form hasn't been working for you.

You can always try installing the new version without removing the old one first. Then if the new version doesn't accept the key, you can just uninstall it and you still have 17.1. They should install to separate folders.
