Who to contact for Authorisation Code

Hello,

My PCs just been migrated over to new network and TOAD is asking me for an ‘authorisation key’. can anyone provide an email/telephone number for customer services that would have this information. My IT department don’t know where to find archived email with details.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
