Hi Everyone -
Is anyone familiar with the process of installing Toad on Windows Server OS? I had our IT support team install the program on the server and apply the license, but when I attempt to access the program I am being prompted for the license as well. Does anyone know if this is working as intended or could there have been something screwed up during installation (as in, perhaps the support person didn’t check ‘install for all users’ or something)?
I am able to open the program fine under my login on the server, but I am prompted for the license upon open.
Any insight/direction would be much appreciated.
