In TDP 5.0 workbook, is it possible to copy an existing pivot to a new pivot rather than creating it from scratch? I have a user who needs to create several pivots that have the same layout but each has a different account filter, so it would save a lot of time if there were a copy pivot function.
Currently we do not have a copy pivot function. If they use a calculated expression on a field we do offer saving the expression to be used again. Also they might consider using a bind variable to filter. This way the user is prompted with each execution, they enter value and the pivot stays the same.
