Is there a simple way to cut and paste a pivot table into Excel? I can highlight the data and bring that over using a simple control C and control V but I want the headings as well. I’d like to avoid having to save the pivot into a file, then going into that file and moving the data another time. Thanks.
Where is the pivot table you are copying from? Is this re-occuring (should you be refreshing the data into an existing Excel pivot table instead)? Give more info on your total process and desired end result and we can help better.
The pivot table is in the pivot and chart section of a .tef toad data point file. All I’d like to do is copy everything over to Excel using a basic cut and paste without going through the exporting function or one click export, etc.
Unfortunately there is no simple way to copy and paste pivot grid to Excel.
