[26.1.147.7835] TC issues if no VCS Provider is configured

Hi,

we have some issues if there is no VCS Provider configured in the Team Coding.

If you open a package and want to compile it, Toad does not allow it because “VCS Provider is not logged in”.

You have to manually go into Team Coding Manager and “Check out” the package to be able to compile it. I would expect the already existing message “Object not checked out. Do you want to check it out now?” or something like that.

Happens in the Beta 26.1.147.7835 and also noticed it in the latest release 2025 R3.

Please try this again on the next Beta version that should be available on Monday and let me know if you’re still experiencing the issue.
